Saturday Afternoon News Morsels

Okee dokee, let's get it started...

Bill Richardson endorses Barack Obama
- considering this guy spent Superbowl Sunday with Bill Clinton, this is rather big news. Richardson and the Clintons are pretty tight, but he decided to take a stand against the negative spin the race is going in. He spoke to Hillary Clinton before his announcement... “Let me tell you: we’ve had better conversations,” Mr. Richardson said. I'll bet.

Brian Kilmeade of "Fox and Friends" walks off set after Obama bashing gets out of hand - Let's just say I like people on a scale of 0-100, with 0 being people like Hitler and Khmer Rouge soldiers. Fox anchors rate about 0.4. Congratulations Brian, I've knocked you up to 0.7. Grow a fuckin' conscience, quit Fox, and become a real anchor and we'll revisit the scale. Chris Wallace also gets on their case for going overboard. The link takes you to the original broadcast and Wallace's comments.

Hillary Exaggerated, or Lied? - Ok here's the dillio... remember when she said "I remember landing under sniper fire. There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base." Despite this dramatic description, a photo surfaced of her visit, where a young girl who read Mrs. Clinton a poem was among the welcoming committee. It must have been tough running for a vehicle with an 8 year old reciting a poem at you.

Scooter disbarred
- nuff said.

Obama & Clinton passport files snooped
- like you didn't see that one coming?
