Crooks&Liars brings us the latest in a long line of Bill O'Reilly stupidity. For some reason, he thought he'd score points with someone by having Phil Donahue on the show. Right out of the gate, Phil pointed out Bill's asshattery.

Boy - do I miss Phil Donohue! Like Tom Snyder, or Dick Cavett, he raised the bar on literacy; especially his show with Vladimir Posner. To think that the O'Reilly types think they can measure up! Remember Morton Downey, Jr.? He was the O'Reilly of the 80's. His rant based show held sway only during the Reagan years - then, blissfully, faded into the obscurity it so richly deserved. May Billy boy be granted to same fate - and soon!

fat lady sings - I remember Morton Downey jr. Al Sharpton fighting another Guy(Lestor Maddox?) on stage, Nazi guests and other crap. It was liking watching a train wreck. I was young so I thought of it as pretty funny. Remember when
he staged an assault on himself in a mens room where roughed himself up and wrote racist stuff on his own face? He filed a police report. It was soon after that he went off the air. I lived in L.A. at the time and thought he was just local? I compare Jerry Springer to him. Trash tv. the crack of the drawn out TV junkie.
Phil Donahue is still a DUMBASS. O'Reilly got upset because Donahue would not shut up with the moonbat nonsense, then said something REALLY stupid about sending his kids to this war.
Phil is like a windup toy, who spews more nonsense as he gets older. His crap about the congress, constitution and the need to pull troops out now were honed while talking to child-like morons on the left who denegrate the military and live off the fat of what they have died for...that is, our welfare state.
And finally where is Donahue's show? Cancelled...in less than a season. Why? cuz he's a DUMBASS (you KNEW the answer that time, didn't you!).
