Man, I just don't get it. What is it about homosexuality that sets people off? I get so f'in pissed when I hear about cases like this. Where do these religious zealots get the cojones? Obviously, there are quite enough of them to influence such policies. I am surely misquoting stats, but I believe about 10% of any given population (human, or otherwise) is homosexual (I can't be bothered with checking my facts, I'm never wrong anyway). I guess majority rules. Especially when determining the amount of intolerance a society dishes out. Can anyone tell me why I should just let it go and treat gays as inferiors?
Fuck the majority rule. How about a little humanitarian support and compassion? Like in Spain where they're about to approve pro gay marriage legislation. I'll refer you to my post about the same.

It's very simple. We're humans. And since the day when Zug cracked Thug over the head with a mastodon leg bone for having different colored nostril hair, we have always hated what is different from us. Always will, most likely. Which is why this planet needs a good old-fashioned alien invasion. Then we'll have someone we can all hate together.
