Revisit August 29, 2004
Since I switched to Blogger, I haven't been able to go back and re-format my older blogs from when I was hand-blogging (let me say "blog" a few more times... blog blog blog blog blog. Ok, I think I got it out of my system.)
So for those who weren't able to be there for the massive protest of the Repugnant National Convention in NYC, I was lucky enough to be there and took some photos. Enjoy this look back at a whole lot of wonderful people coming together for a common goal!
When we got out at our PATH stop, there were people crowded in the street down both directions and spilling into side streets. We stood in the same spot for about an hour before we started marching, but no one cared, because everyone was cool.
I really hope to see this kind of thing again.
PS: I'm fucking around with the pixel widths of the blog so it's not SOOOO vertical. I'm so obsessive compulsive about this blog it's not even funny. So if you are finding anything looking really weird, please email me (mg-at-moxiegrrrl-dot-com) or leave a comment.
